Who: Deepika Padukone

Deepika wanted to make sure no one steals her thunder, so she went for the brightest shade of red and tiniest blouse/top possible. She wore a Neeta Lulla sari and tied up her hair..She does have a long, slim torso which she showcases to perfection but the color is too "dhinchak" for me..

Who: Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan

Abhishek looks cute although his outfit kinda reminds me of the "band baja (musicians)" people who play in marriages:-) Is he wearing eyeliner?
Aishwarya's sari gives me a sense of deja-vu. And not sure why she put so much sindhoor (vermilion)?

Who: Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka attended the red carpet event in a champagne colored sari with embellishments near the neckline. It does look a little pale compared to Deepika's bridal red but on second look, I do like the color. I also prefer the way Priyanka has worn the sari compared to Deepika. Just goes to show that you can look hot without baring it all:-)

Who: Genelia D'souza, Vidya Maldave, Bhagyashree

All three saris are great but I like Genelia best becoz of her cheeky, messy side plait..

Who: Sonali Bendre

Sonali "shuts it down" in a gorgeous cream-gold outfit. The kurti is the perfect length and with golden clutch and earrings, Sonali is absolutely slamming in this dress.

Who: Sameera Reddy, Minissha Lamba

Both, Sameera and Minissha, should be arrested for Fashion DUI - Dressing Under the Influence!!

India International Jewellery Week - Day Four and Red carpet

The jewelery - blech and tacky!! Are they trying to get people to buy the stuff or scare them away?? On the good side, the ornate cuffs are decent and the black looks better than beige as a background for the jewelery. What do you guys think?

Who: Suzanne Roshan

Suzanne's dress with that bow and cascading ruffle has so much potential but the fit around her waist/bust doesn't seem right. It still works for me but I cant get over the pink and orange?? Eyesore - not working!!

Who: Nishka Lulla

If you are having a feeling of deja vu on seeing Ms Lulla in a red bandage dress, then you are not the only one. Mandira Bedi and Jennifer Winget wore the same dress, different colors and we had a fashion faceoff. See here

I did tweet to Nishka saying the bandage dress has been done to death but she was very keen since she has not worn a bandage before. Have to say, she fills it out beautifully:-) And I admire anyone who wears what they want, damn the public opinion!!

This is for all my readers who liked her white outfit yesterday. I am not going to say anything today!! I am goin to keep quite about it looking like a furnishing fabric. Yup, mum's the word. Not a peep abt the "edgy but not going with the outfit" shoes either. Nope, I have taken the vow of silence...

Who: Shraddha Kapoor

You guys should know by know I have a predilection for abstract/quirky prints. I like:-) I like the mismatched shoes too!! Dont like the ugly flower bracelet..

Who: Nishka Lulla

..my Fuchsia pumps. Nishka has worn the same shoes but she has styled them very differently with each outfit. They may not all be great but I am impressed by her creativity. Since the pumps are so much neon, I like them best when worn with white.. Will you wear such bright pumps? If yes, how would you style them?

Update: Nishka just corrected me that these are in fact not the same pair but 3 different pink pumps!!
