After seeing the gross-ness that I was sitting on, it reminded me that I had yet to finish my nasty-gram letter to American Airlines for our WAY less than even MEDIOCRE treatment during our Christmas flights to and from the United States.
I had drafted a rough version, then just let it sit idle. I'll get it disseminated to as many people as I can get emails for ... and hope that they will make it right.
I am well aware of the fact that I whine. I do my fair share of complaining -- but I also try to balance the whining with some action. After all, someone can't make something right, if they don't know it was wrong, right?
