I am thankful ...

We recently celebrated Thanksgiving and ate WAY too much food (some things don't change regardless of location!). We were fortunate enough to eat a traditional turkey dinner (several times, in fact) and while the day itself was anti-climactic, it was enjoyed regardless.

There is so much to be thankful for ... and I won't be able to do my life justice by attempting to list them all here ... but I'll do a snippet. Fair enough?

  • I am thankful for my Husb. My moods change with the winds and he is able to somehow put up with me ... in spite of ... and actually still love me!
  • I am thankful for memories. December is a hard month for my family and I am thankful - quite simply - for the cherished ability of memory recall.
  • Amazed and thankful for my children. They are quite the little human beings!
  • Friendships. Oh so thankful for friendships. They make the road of life ... sweeter in every way.

  • "Thankful" doesn't begin to convey how I feel about our service men and women. I married one, have several in our family, and know many. I am thankful.
  • I am thankful to have staff that allows me to spend quality time (and my Husb for working his butt off so that I don't have to work in the first place) with my kiddos

  • This is superficial, I know, but I am oooooh so very thankful for this :

  • I am grateful for technology -how else would we stay in touch and up to date?
  • I am thankful for my children's health, love for learning and their ability to see the good in the world
  • I am thankful for color.
See - the list doesn't even begin to touch the surface of all I'm thankful for ... but it's a glimpse!
